About the CEO/Trainer of Sparrow Hospitality Training
Since 2012, I have resided in Uganda, initially serving as the Skills Development Manager for Cafe Javas (CJ’s). My journey in the hospitality industry began at the age of 16 in 1998, marking the third generation in my family to pursue this field. Over the past few years, I have successfully trained more than 7000 individuals across Africa, focusing on the restaurant and hospitality sector. My expertise lies in the food service industry, customer care, and overall hospitality, cultivated through managerial roles in various establishments, including hotels, restaurants, guesthouses, and lodges.
Costs
Costing will be calculated on the amount of staff for training.
Trainee package inclusive with the trainer
To secure your training dates, a non-refundable deposit of $250 is required. Additionally, a 50% deposit is due two weeks before the training, with the remaining 50% to be settled within 48 hours before the completion of the 90 days.
